    Hi...

    Good Morning...

What are the MF, Residual, and incentives/rebates for a Mazda3 Hatch Grand Touring w/manual transmission in zip 60645? I'm looking at 24/10 and 36/10.

Is Mazda also offering 0% financing? If so, what are the terms? And, can the special financing be stacked with the rebates/incentives?

    Thanks!

Only one of those loyalty incentives are applicable. You can't claim both of them. If you are a current lessee, it's $750.
And, yes, it's compatible with the lease cash

Thanks for all the information. This is what the dealer sent me by email and I'm just wondering if this looks okay:

    Dealer discount: $2000
    Loyalty Rebate: $500
    Customer cash rebate: $2500

They said it's the dealer price minus the incentive/loyalty so it would be $23,100.01. Is there a reason that number is different than the $21,990 they originally told me?

The dealer price may not be the adjusted CAP cost - ask them for this specific number.
They said it's the dealer price minus the incentive/loyalty so it would be $23,100.01. Is there a reason that number is different than the $21,990 they originally told me?
Yeah.. the first quote was a purchase quote, not a lease quote.
Okay thanks I thought the cost of the car was the same if leased or purchased. I'm calculating around $250/month for payments do you know how they are getting $301.07?
    1. MF may be marked up (as high as .00051)
    2. CAP cost may be different than the negotiated selling price; find out what has been added
They just emailed back and said my math is wrong and to call them. Here is the full details and could you please let me know what you come up with for a payment?

    MSRP: $26,990
    Dealer Price: $25,310.01
    Residual: $14,304.70
    Money Factor: .00001
    Lease incentive: $1,460
    Loyalty: $750

    With those numbers I get a purchase price of $23,100.01. Wouldn't that make payments around $250? ($23,100.01 - $14,304.70 = $8,792.31)

Thanks! Do you know if I can combine the lease cash with the $750 and $500 incentive for current Mazda lease holders that will be leasing a new 2018?
Only one of those loyalty incentives are applicable. You can't claim both of them. If you are a current lessee, it's $750.
And, yes, it's compatible with the lease cash
Thanks for all the information. This is what the dealer sent me by email and I'm just wondering if this looks okay:

    GT premium Mazda 3 sedan
    MSRP: $26,990
    Dealer discount: $2000
    Loyalty Rebate: $500
    Customer cash rebate: $2500

Is there any other information that I need from them?
The money factor and the adjusted cap cost.

You still don't have the CAP cost. Talk to the dealer and be very specific about the number you want - selling price plus any taxes and fees you aren't paying up front, less any incentives.

Thanks! Have some numbers here, would like to make sure with you guys that they make sense.

    MSRP $22,035
    Sale price: $19575
    Doc fees: $299
    Tax $1192.44
    Tags 279
    Acquisition $595
    Adjusted Cap Cost (sale + doc + tax + tags + acquisition) = $21640
    Lease cash back $300

They quoted be payments of 293/m which sounds high to me.

With $0 down, what would my payments be on a 36 month 12k lease? MF 0.00001 and RV 54% (calculated off MSRP? $11898.90). What should I pay on signing? First month + tags?

On LeaseHackr calc im getting $244/m and Edmunds 252. Not sure why the discrepancy. Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks a lot!

Thanks to Michaell and kyfdx for all your help and information. I'm having trouble negotiating a lower cost with dealers in the Minneapolis area and wanted to know if this looks like a good deal or if I should wait for something better.

    2018 3 GT auto 30k/3years

    $25,085 MSRP
    $23,585 Selling
    $13,044.20 Residual
    .00001 MF
    $2210 Lease cash and incentive
    $595 Capped Fees
    $644 Taxes
    $23,350.39 Cap Cost

$286.64/month with first month paid and $0 drive off. Thanks!

How does adding $1239, then subtracting $2210 only drop the CAP by $235?
Sorry I forgot to add the $310 lic/reg and $139.75 upfrnt fees that they are paying so I have $0 down. I think you had said earlier that they take that and the first payment out of the lease cash/incentives.

I show the 36/10 residual as 53%, but that number you've given is 52%.
    Unless this is 36/12?
At 52% residual, the calculations are correct, but you should try to clear that up.

It seems like a decent deal, with $0 out of pocket.

Good morning! Could I have the MF, RV, and any incentives for 36/12k terms in 14867? For Touring and GT automatic, both sedan and hatchback please. Thank you in advance for your time and help!
