Dealer said they were using Chrysler Capital and MF is 0.00059. I told them I have FICO score of 779. But four years credit history.I am not sure whether it’s an enough score to get into tier 1 to get MF 0.00014. DMV fees around 256. Adj cap cost 38122.

What’s the cash offset? total profit? It’s just really confusing. I told them I will put only first payment and DMV upfront, but it seems like the rebates goes into cap reduction and make it 6000+ due at signing. Is it possible to reduce the DAS or the rebates must calculated as cap reduction?

It looks to me like they are asking for $ZERO out of pocket from you at signing.

Normally, you'd have $460.77 1st payment + $440 CAP reduction tax due at signing. But, the cash offset is because they are collecting ZERO from you. That's why that amount is added to the CAP cost in the left hand column.

The $6400.77 due at signing =
$5500 rebate
+$900.77 cash offset (the amount normally due upfront that they are not collecting from you)

The calculations are exact.
Looks like the acquisition fee is waived.
The profit is irrelevant to you. That's an internal measurement for the dealer.

The only thing I don't see is the NY $75 doc fee and DMV fees. It's possible that they'll collect these at lease signing (about $300 total). You'll have to ask about that.

The rebates are used to pay taxes and reduce the CAP cost. You can't use them for anything else. You can't lose anything, if it's ZERO due at signing.

What is the MSRP?

Leasing in TX is expensive. They charge full sales tax, even on a lease. So, the tax alone is going to be $70+/mo.
