Velar R-Dynamic 250 SE
Velar R-Dynamic 380 SE
10k per yr, 39 mths (also do I just add 1% for 7.5k miles)

Yes, but that translates to the difference between .024% and .24% - still almost free money in either case.

2) Are there any manufacturer incentives on Velar this month. Hoping to lease before year end. 
3) would January be a better month to get into a lease

We don't do any historical analysis.

With 12 different trim levels, there are too many to tell you which is "best". Having ridden in a Velar while a friend test drove one, I'd say the biggest decision would be to decide which engine suits you.

does even sound right?

on commercial you can get the totally base stripped one for $659 leased a month

We are just guessing, without the actual numbers.

In our experience, few vehicles are as expensive to lease as a Range Rover, relative to MSRP.

I confirm 53% and .00034, and the payment on that worksheet.

GA just changed their lease tax laws - now taxing the sum of the payments, and collecting it up front.

All Land Rovers are expensive to lease, as you're seeing.

Ask the dealer what the up front money covers - usually, you just want to put up the first payment and registration costs.

This seems like a very decent deal to me, I think they are marking up the MF but figured it's not too bad. I also tried pushing for a deeper discount on MSRP but  not budging yet. Thoughts? This is Florida btw.

Those are just the purchase numbers on the left, not the lease amounts. (for instance, you pay tax on the payment in FL, not upfront).

$1350 off with an $800 dealer fee doesn't seem that great to me, but it's typical for Land Rover

Thanks for the info! To calculate monthly payment, what is a realistic % factor to use in calculating net cap from MSRP for Land Rover cars? I know there are many factors involved. I've been leasing BMWs so I use 7-8% off of sticker price for calculations for example...TIA again!!!

Sorry, we don't track pricing, but from what others have posted, LR dealers think their cars are worth more than anybody else's, and rarely discount from sticker.
