I'm within $1 of that quote, with those numbers.

We'd suggest you add the acquisition fee and dealer doc fee to the selling price to lessen your cash out of pocket.

Tell them you won't sign a deal without the base MF, or you'll walk.

53% is the 36/15 residual; apparently, your dealer is unable to make the residual adjustment for the lower miles.

36/7.5K is 57%

Tee residual is based off the MSRP, not the cap cost.

And, the tire protection and maintenance are adding a cool $100/mo to the payment - I'd skip those.

The sales tax is on the sum of the payments; in your case, it is being added into the monthly payment.

With your numbers and prices, I get $1328/mo, so pretty close to the dealer quote.

Acquisition fee is marked up from the base of $795, too

I confirm the MF and residual as listed.

I confirm the math, as well.

Only the first payment and registration costs (and MSD monies, if any) should be paid at signing. Add the acquisition and dealer fee into the monthly payment.

There is a cutoff, but it's not always the same for each and every model. But, that said, we don't know when they will stop supporting leases for the GLE. It could certainly be soon.
