Selling price $45835 with an actual all in price of $38898. They did tell me the value was 22000 after the 39 months.

RWD. Sorry Msrp is 45835. After rebates and fees final price was 38898 from the dealer sheet they showed me. 

.00019 MF and 48% residual for 39/12 I get $445/mo.+tax with those numbers. I'm guessing that $38,898 isn't the price you are getting with a lease. Also, not sure why they would do 39 months, instead of 36. 36 month residual is 52%, and would actually be $15/mo. less.

Thanks. The price to buy out the door was 43800. For the lease it has more rebates. Then add in the extras the price was 36911. Dealer fees and taxes and other fees come to a price of 38898 for the lease. I have not gone to the dealer yet but they sent me the dealer sheet with all the numbers on it. 
This is all the info they gave and I’m trying to make sense of it before I go in to the dealership.

If they quote you a program from one of those banks, it's because that represents the best payment for you.

The number you need is the adjusted CAP cost - negotiated price plus taxes and fees, less incentives and cash from you. Knowing that number, and how they arrived at it from the negotiated price, should answer all the questions about the difference in payment.

Chrysler Capital only allows a markup of .00042 to the money factor, so if the money factor is actually .00145, it has to be through a different bank.

So, either the money factor quoted is wrong, or it's Ally or USBank. Those are the only choices.

i was just told by the salesman that on top of my $1,995 I also be paying additional $3500 for tax title, first month payment and fees( so all in all $5,500 down)

Something is off. Confirm the MF and the cap cost the dealer is using for their payment quote.

I am considering leasing a 2018 Durango RT Blacktop with an MSRP of $50,025, dealer is taking $5000 off and showing an additional $7,000 rebate. The bank, document, title fees are $1,186 and I have trade equity of $1,300. They are quoting a MF of .00145 and residual of 49% for a 36 month 15k miles per year lease. When I calculate the payment is is lower than what they are quoting. It is getting pretty frustrating dealing with them because they are basically saying well "that is what the computer says". I was hoping you could tell me what the payment should be to make sure I am not doing the math incorrectly and if this is a good deal. My zip is 97229 and in Oregon we do not have sales tax on leases.

What payment are they coming up with, and what payment do you get?
Are you sure that the incentives they quoted you are all valid with a lease? Did you start out with a purchase quote?

Understood. I'm trying to find some third party bank that does leases (US Bank and possibly PenFed) to see what type of money factors and residuals they are using, but even if they are a few points lower than FCA/Ally (and most likely a higher interest rate/MF as well), $10,500 goes a long way toward mitigating that.

Your dealer would have access to all the available programs, and their software would automatically present to them the bank that has the lease parameters resulting in the best payment.

They are using ally/fca and I know the rebates are suppose to be $8500 in total.... I just got a price with down 1514 for $399 a month but I wanted lower just wanted to know if I can Get it lower
