I'm looking to lease (36-month, 10,000 miles) a 2018 Dodge Durango R/T AWD w/Blacktop Package and Cargo Group in the NY area... what is the current money factor and residual value... sticker price for the vehicle is approx. $51,000... what's a fair lease price with no money down (other than bank fee, first month payment and DMV). I'm looking to incorporate taxes in the month payment. Any incentives I should be aware of? Thanks!

We don't have the incentive information.

Generally, a dealer will get you every rebate that you are eligible for. That money comes from FCA or Chrysler Capital, and they don't have any motivation to not give them to you. Also, if they are consumer incentives, they can't hide them. They have to be disclosed on the lease paperwork.

But, don't be blinded by the incentives. Make sure you get the biggest discount possible off MSRP, as well.
We don't track pricing, though.

With those numbers, I get $651/mo.+tax, assuming all of the fees are paid upfront.
$666/mo with just $666 due at signing is substantially better than that.

The dealer is right about every $1000 being $29/mo. less... no magic in that, it's just math. No point in putting money upfront, as the finance charges are already virtually nothing.

If you want a lower payment, you'll need a lower selling price. I have no way of knowing if that's possible, or not.

The advertised deal is for $479/mo, with $2999 due at signing... but, that doesn't include tax or DMV/dealer fees, and is for a unit that only stickers for $47,400.
Your deal looks much better, by comparison.

With those prices, I get $541/mo assuming 6.25% sales tax.

What you need to get from the dealer:

1. Adjusted cap cost - if they are adding fees and such to the selling price
2. What bank are they using for their payemnt quote; given the large discount from sticker, it may be an Ally or US Bank lease with big incentives. We don't have their numbers to compare against, however

You need to determine which bank is writing the lease - we only have the Chrysler Capital numbers.
