The TMV prices are for purchase, but you can certainly work with your dealer to have the $800 deducted from that price and see what they say.

You won't pay upfront sales tax in CA, as CA taxes the monthly payment.
I'd guess registration and doc fee to be closer to $420.
You'll also have a lease acquisition fee of $595.

You should pay your registration fees upfront, as they are non-taxable. If you roll them in, you've subjected them to the monthly payment tax.

Adding the $595 acquisition fee to the sell price:
$380/mo.+tax, assuming first payment and registration/doc fee are paid at signing.

The Sport Touring is the trim with the lowest residual, and the highest MSRP. It's not going to be cheap to lease.
