Have you taken delivery? If not, you can go back to the dealer and tell them you want to unwind the deal.

I agree with the stated MF, residual and incentive.

I get $245/mo before tax, so the quote looks to be in line.

Only way to improve it is to lower the selling price.

The incentive is likely Honda-to-dealer, so it would be accounted for in any negotiated price.
The $4100 off MSRP seems good, even taking into account the $1300 incentive.
However, $800 dealer fee takes back some of that. Your effective discount, after subtracting the Honda incentive and the dealer fee is $2000.

I calculate $261.07+tax , which puts me within a couple of pennies of your quote, assuming 7% sales tax rate.

The only place I see to work on your deal is with the selling price.

Also, by rolling in the first payment and the Government fees, you are subjecting them to sales tax (re-taxing the first payment, plus taxing non-taxable fees)

If I were to do your deal, as it is, without further negotiation, I would pay the first payment and government fees at signing.
If you did that, the adjusted CAP would drop to $20,694.50.

If you negotiate a lower price?
