Looks decent, but why put so much upfront on a lease? The whole idea is to pay by the month.
That's really more like $240/mo, actual cost.

Not sure that you have $13K of equity in your current lease - you need to get the payoff amount from Honda Finance, and compare that to the trade in offer.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost, and the lease payments.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, turns out that I had an incompetent salesman. Once I convinced them that yes, I want a lease, not a loan, their lease offer ended up being 3500 down and $429 a month. Nope.

Sedan or coupe?

It's not likely that a dealer is going to drop an advertised special price by $3000. Especially on one of the cheaper models they sell.

MF for the 2018 Civic is .00065 for January. Residual will be dependent on body style and lease term.

Got it, thank you! But you're definitely right that it's $0 due at signing. This was listed as well, but it wasn't clear if this was rolled into the monthly payment, or already part of the selling price. It looks like this can help with figuring out the CAP cost..

Yeah... when you make it $0, there is $933 that gets rolled into the lease. To only pay fees and first payment upfront, you need to be around $925 upfront
