    Based on figures below if a Civic has a MSRP of $23,394 and "sale price" was full sticker less $1,000 lease cash AND added about $2,200 to net cap cost to cover taxes, tags, acquisition fee etc that I'd be looking at a payment of $167 per month? Seems incredible?

    I don't think there are any incentives other than loyalty rebates which I don't qualify for.
