Hi everyone. Just wanted to say, this is a great forum and all of this information is greatly appreciated.

I am in the market to lease a 2018 Q60, and I emailed my local dealer here in New York (Pepe Infiniti) and got some numbers.

In order to compare what they sent to what is provided here, I'd like to know...

Can you give me the MF and Residual numbers for a 2018 Q60 3.0 Luxe AWD, 39/15k, New York (Westchester County) February 2018 preferably.

Thanks everyone. Will be my first lease, excited!

    Thanks kyfdx!

I was quoted .00064 MF and 50% residual from the dealer a few days ago, is the difference in MF from what you posted above because I got that quote in late January and it's now February?

Also, isn't the MF negotiated or determined based on credit score? I have an 800+ so I wasn't exactly sure how those MF numbers are determined.

Thanks for any and all light you can help provide!

Excuse my ignorance, but how do you guys have access to these numbers? I want to have my ducks in a row when going to the dealership in case they try and tell me the original MF they quoted me from a few days ago (Jan) is still active.

Also...the MSRP for the trim I am looking at is $54,780. The sale price they gave me over email was $48,330 or 12% off the MSRP.

How much more would you suggest I can aim to get them down? Any help, or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Our sources are confidential, but reliable.

We don't track pricing, but dealers tend to be more pliable towards the end of the month.

Excuse my lack of knowledge. I've attached the offer, I hope it shows you all you need. Yes $3000 would be the full amount due at signing. Thank you for taking your time to help.

That is a purchase quote, with some lease payments tacked on to the bottom.

Dealers often do this, to keep the customer confused.

    1. Florida taxes the monthly payment, so the tax amount shown is not relevant
    2. There is no mention of the acquisition fee that is mandatory for every lease

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and how they arrived at that number from the quoted selling price.

  • Here is the requested information:

    2018 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport 400
    MSRP: $55530
    Cap Cost: $48914
    Residual Value: 55%
    Money Factor: 0.00069

$3000 down, nothing else. $549/month tax included.

The deal looks pretty good. The money factor is marked up from .00049.
That's adding about $17/mo. to the payment.

In other words, with the base money factor, you could have the same payment, with only $2400 due at signing.

I show the base MF as .00049, so that's bumped up a bit for extra dealer profit.

    55% is correct for 39/10.

With the prices listed, and $0 down, I get $510/mo before tax (assuming 7% tax, payment is $546/mo). That's with the base MF; using .00069, the payment after tax goes to $563/mo.

Ask for the breakdown of the $3000 due at signing - first payment, registration costs, acquisition fee, dealer fee are likely there. What else?

We'd recommend adding the acquisition and dealer fees to the cap cost and making them part of the payment.

That you for your thoughts. They are also giving me Wear and Tear included. I will push for a slightly less down payment.
