Also what is the usual acquisition fee for Buick? Chevrolet had about $595. Is it same?

We don't know Buick's acquisition fee, but I'd be surprised if it's any different from Chevy.

I live in PA. Looking at an '18 Avenir with technology package and trailering
MSRP is 59455.
I'm doing a 12k/36month lease
I have trouble understanding the "sale price" due to the way the phrase their numbers but I would pay $800 on delivery (includes 1st month payment, fees and insurance, cap reduction).
Total payment would be $699.90 a month.
They display $3750 rebate in cap reduction. There is $495 disposition fee.
Any thoughts?

Our tax rate is 9% (6% in PA plus 3% in usage tax)
So in the paper they gave me, they put:
Amount due at signing:
1st month payment 699.90
Fees and insurance 328.45
Cap reduction (cash) 471.65 ---> Total inception fees 1500
Rebate as cap reduction $3750
Total Drive off $5250

How Inception Fees are Paid:
Cash as drive off $1500

Total cash required on delivery is 1500
But, as I was walking out, they asked what they could to and I said pay my last lease payment on my other car which was 712 so they took 712 off the total cash on delivery

So, the adjusted CAP should be right around $54000

We'll do the figures with $1500 upfront... as, that's how they calculated the deal.
Reverse calculation to get the selling price
$54000 adjusted CAP
add $4222 CAP reduction
Subtract $380 tax on CAP reduction
Subtract $595 acquisition fee

$57,250 selling price, more or less, before deducting incentives.
So, about a $2200 discount.

You could verify that with the dealer. "Hey, what is the selling price on this deal". Then, of course, deduct the $712..

Nothing looks out of line from here.. Of course, I have no idea if that's a good selling price, or not. They obviously were shooting for a sub-$700 payment.

I just leased a FWD Essence (36mo, 12K) for $497 per month, with $750 down - $400 of which was my last payment on a 2015 Enclave I turned in.

What lease term and how many miles per year are you looking for?

Adjusted Cap: $45,500

36 month rate: 3.96% (.00095)
36 Month payment: $579.15
48 month rate: 4.58% (.00110)
48 Month payment: $587.10

I also asked about refundable security deposits, but he skipped right over it.
