I have a general question for moderators:

- I've seen you guys recommend only paying upfront the first month plus all non-taxables, and rolling all taxable components into the lease. If I understand correctly, the non-taxables vary by location. So in my case (WA state) how can I find out what are the non-taxable components of the lease?

Non-taxable is any fee that goes directly to the government. It doesn't really vary based on lease/purchase.
Any fee imposed by the bank or the dealer is usually taxed.

Yes.. license and registration.

Can I please get the MF & Residual for the '18 Lexus GX 460 Premium Package. 36mos/10k. Any idea what the monthly is on a $59,737 sticker is? Missed the December deals, our lease is up end of March. No sure what I can expect a dealer to take off the MSRP with no incentives/cash back at this time.

We would need to know the selling price before we could model a payment.

I'm looking to lease a 2017 GX 460 (CPO) with 18K miles in New York. Dealer quoted money factor of .0023 (5.5%) which seems extremely high, especially compared to what I am seeing in these posts. Does this seem right?

Money Factor is .0023

Did this change recently? Went to lexus dealer in Socal area today and was quoted a MF of .0015 and Residual of 61% for 10k/36 mos on a 2018 Premium GX 460 (I think dealer entered in for wrong miles or duration). Thanks!
