    Our numbers are from the beginning of the month; if there are any mid-month changes, we won't know about it.

    Dealer can mark up the MF for extra profit, but the residual is fixed by the bank.

    Confirm that your dealer is using LFS for their leases.

    The dealer is correct on the residual. We gave you the 36/15 number.

    Hey guys - thanks for all the info on these forums - any comments on this deal I've been offered:

    2018 GX460 Base - zip code 19462
    MSRP $56,973
    Discount - $4,800
    Loyalty Rebate - $750
    Sales Price - $51,423
    42 month lease (57% residual), 10k miles per year (MF .0005, reduced to .00002 with 6 MSDs)

    Drive-off - $4,574.57 ($3,000 MSDs, $495.42 1st payment, $1,079.15 tax/tags/doc fees)
    Monthly payment - $495.42

    Anything else I can try to negotiate other than the sales price? Thanks!

    Yes - this in PA (Philly suburbs). The $1079 should include the $795 acquisition fee, unless they are adding that into the sales price, which may account for the difference.

    The summary sheet they gave me isn't as detailed as I would like it to be - I'm sure on purpose.

    .00008 for each SD. You could make three MSDs and take the money factor down to .00006

    Each SD is the monthly payment, rounded up to the next $25 or $50 increment (not sure which for Lexus)

    So, if your payment is $832, each SD is $850.

    Dealer quoting a MF of .00065 for Lexus GX460 Prem AWD in 55379 for 36/12. Says that's coming direct from LFS and never have seen MF at .00015. Seems fishy to me based on other reported MFs on this board. Residual was correct at 60%.

    Central Region has .00015. They are likely marking up the rate.

    I am looking for the money factor and residual value for all three models (BASE/PREMIUM/LUXURY) for 12K/15K for 36 months. (Does Lexus offer a 24 Month Lease? If so, what would be the MF and Residual for that?)

    Closed on this over the weekend, another data point for those looking at the GX. Not as aggressive as deals from end of last year, but this deal doesn’t require any incentives or rebates.

    MSRP: 60k
    Sales price: 53200 (~11.3% off)
    Monthly $535 with all fees and taxes rolled in
    1st Payment=535 + 2200 of 4 MSDs
    MF 0.0005 -> .00018 after 4 MSDs

    10k/3yr in socal
