    Also, is KMF Dealer Choice Bonus Cash Program different from KMF Lease Cash (i.e. it's just to finance)?

    Trying to help someone out and not familiar with Kia's game. Any additional tip(s), like how Chevy can waive acq fee to increase MF, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    In San Fran Bay area what is MF for Kia Niro EX PHEV? Is Kia offering actual lease cash for PHEV not including Fed Credit of $4543? I see $3230 lease cash for Kia Niro Hybrid here & Not PHEV..is it possible true lease cash available for July 4th?

    Why does Niro PHEV EX trim have lower RV than LX trim? Why does Niro Hybrid have higher RV than Niro PHEV, especially in CA where the HOV is guaranteed until 1/22?

    That's the way that GM and the bank have structured the lease, to achieve reasonable lease payments that will sell vehicles. "Why?" doesn't really matter. It is what it is.

    Hi, can I please get MF, residual and incentives for the EX Premium Niro PHEV in SoCal (36/12 and 36/10 please)?

    Dealer told me that federal and state rebates do not apply to the lease, i.e. I don't get capital cost reduction out of them? Is that true?

    You are not buying the car; the bank is. They are the ones that qualify for the rebates and incentives.

    Kia is passing that along to you in the form of the lease cash and high residual value. Most PHEV vehicles have a much lower residual but bigger incentives. It works out pretty evenly, in the end.

    Yes, since they don't give MF or CAP cost, it's hard to understand what other cap reductions they did.
    But kia website actually has a lease calculator which matches the ad 1:1 when adjusted for taxes, and it uses $4543 lease cash, so it's definitely applied. Sorry, that was a misunderstanding on my part.

    To get to $225/mo, the adjusted CAP would have to be about $18,850.

    Seems like that would be a hard price to get, once you account for fees and sales tax.
