We don't track pricing, but there is $1600 worth of junk in that offer.

Ask for another $1600 in discounts from MSRP to offset it.

I get the same payment, with that adjusted CAP

I'd want to see the math on how they get from $23500 to $25091.
I don't doubt they can get there, but that's $1591, plus the $663 extra upfront, over the monthly payment.
I want to know how they allocate $2254. (not counting the first payment).
Acquisition fee, tax, dealer fee, title/registration... make sure it all adds up.

If that adds up, and you are happy with the $1430 discount, then it's a good deal. I don't follow pricing enough to know if that's fair or not.
