    I just got numbers back from a dealer: MSRP $53,440, $3200 down, 569 month for 36/12 sound like a decent deal?


    Also if anyone would like to explain, how did Lexus come up with the pricing listed in this lease offer?

    The Lexus website offer includes a dealer discount, that isn't in the numbers you've listed.

    On your dealer offer, the adjusted CAP would have to be about $47,000 to get that payment. Considering the $3200 upfront should cover all fees, taxes and first payment, then the dealer discount would be about $2500 (+$4000 rebate). That seems average. A full disclosure of the fees, taxes, etc would help.
