I'm able to do 36/10k miles because of my wife's short commute.

The MSRP was $59,270 had captains chairs and sports package. Anyway I did not negotiate by cap cost. I told the manager we were at $605 per month with zero down, nothing out of pocket including tags, all fees, taxes etc.

Not now knowing your sales tax rate there based on MSRP being $1000 less than this deal, your monthly payment to get similar deal would be as follows:

So add your sales tax, ie if it is 8.5 % payment would be $566.00 x 1.085 or $614.11 per month. Then do not go to dealer, just call the salesman and let them know that you did your homework and applied the current RV and MF and you would like to help them move a unit today if the numbers work for them and then tell them you are offering $xxx per month zero down or upfront, not 1 cent for anything, as everything is rolled into lease. 35 payments. This is based on 36/10 with a 61% RV

Looking for some help. We've been with Lexus for years, 5 different leases over the last 20 years, and have always got a good lease for my wife. We went in on Memorial day and all of a sudden for the first time everything was ridiculously priced and they weren't negotiating at all, just let us walk out. I also can't get their numbers to add up on the Leasehackr calculator, or an excel spreadsheet.

We would like to get a GX, but are being quoted $700 a month for a lease, for both a GX and an RXL. So now I'm trying to figure all this out.

So, can I get MF and RV for the GX Premium 48 mos. and 7500 miles in 97225. Wife doesn't drive much.

Is this just a bad time? Her lease isn't up until August so we're wondering if we should be patient, maybe extend the lease to the end of the year.

Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.
