Even if we pull out the first payment (assuming $0 Due at Signing), $2400 more.

$595 acquisition fee
$300-$500 DMV fees

That leaves a lot of crap added (giant dealer fee?) and/or a money factor markup.

Dealer is quoting a monthly payment of somewhere between 350-370. According to lease calculators, that might be OK (although I don't trust my own math) but I seem to see better prices on this board. Thoughts?

Looks like your discount is $1500.
The selling price in the right hand column should read: $27,115
Add the $595 acq.fee and you get the Gross CAP of $27,710
Subtract the rebate for the adjusted CAP cost.

The calculations are correct.

I'm not real impressed with a $1500 discount, considering the $500 doc fee. That's an effective discount of $1000.

The 36 month term only works out to $3/mo, more, if that's the way you'd rather go.

But, I'd want a bigger discount.
$500 more off = $14/mo lower payment

Same vehicle, same incentives, different lease term

With the same deal they got (average). you would be at $332/mo, with just $1000 due at signing.

You should check, but I think your quoted price is the MSRP.

And plugging in the numbers into the edmund lease calculator...
using 36/15k - if cap cost is 26,000, monthly after 10.4 sales tax in Seattle = $347.07
using 39/15k - if cap cost is 26,000, monthly after 10.4 sales tax in Seattle = $761.65

the leasehackr calculator is giving me different (more favorable) numbers including all the fees/taxes.

Feels like I got a terrible offer...

Base Monthly: $416

Feeling very discouraged... seeing others get a cap of 26,000 / $250-320s monthly...

I walked out and even told them my goal is lows 300s... and they told me to get a Sport.
Is it that unrealistic even though a few posts before got 26,000 / monthly around $250?

I can't say that every deal that is posted here is repeatable, but I'd certainly shop more dealers to see how close you can get to it.

I get the same payment, to the penny.

Only way to improve on this is to lower the base CAP
