Is it better lease or buy a CX-5 GT?

2.39% APR financing up to 60 months.

The lease program is decent, but not much in the way of incentives, either way.

No real need to lease, unless that's what you want to do. No advantage to leasing over buying for this model.

The program is set for the month, but incentives could be added at any time.
Once they put them in for the month, they rarely go away, though.

The number you need to get from the dealer is the "adjusted CAP cost", which includes all the costs you aren't paying up front.

Title & License Fee: $301

To get the $1500 (and, for the dealer to get an extra $500), you have to pay cash or finance with an unaffiliated bank.
