EDIT: I figured it out. The RV % needs to be based on the MSRP not the final sales price (Adj Cap Cost). Then, you subtract the RV amount from the Adj Cap Cost to get total amount of payments and then divide that by term.

Yes, but you still have to add the finance portion of the lease payment.
Of course, with a money factor of .00001, that is less than $1/mo.
