    Good morning, I had a deal worked out for a lease on a GTI SE, MSRP 33,905. Unfortunately, I had forgot to renew my license (expired in September) so they were unable to complete deal. I had wanted a 36/15 lease, but they wanted me to do 48/15 for $420 a month, tax included, and just first month payment at inception. I thought it was a solid deal.

    Since numbers change today, can I have 36/15 and 48/15 for GTI SE DSG and GTI Autobahn Manual in zip code 33325.

    51% for 36/15

    15K/yr is the "standard" mileage allowance.
    If they are looking at a chart, they have to add 3% to get the 36/10 number.

    Do you have the November numbers for 36/12 (zip code:21234)?
    Does the residual value percentage apply to the MSRP or to the negotiated price or to the net cap cost? For example, if the MSRP is 30k and your negotiated price is 26k and the RV 50%, is the RV 15K or 13k? Thank you very much.

    This deal is terrible right?

    36/12K lease

    313/month with 0 down.

    I've been told by multiple dealers that they can't come down any further than this sale price for a lease but that they will take $5000 off if I finance. Previous leases posted here refute that claim, and I can't understand how a 5000 trade value brings me down to around the price per month for leases reported here without a trade. Are they just trying to raise the depreciation payment in this offer to get their money back from low MF this month?

    $1000 off with a $600 dealer fee is not a good deal.

    But, the lease program isn't very good, in any case. Not sure where you are seeing good deals, but you must have paged way, way back. I haven't seen a good deal on a GTI, all year.

    Even though the payment is higher to buy, GTIs have pretty good resale. I'd be more likely to buy, rather than lease.

    There is one from october 5th on page 11 on a S manual posted that I am referencing. The MF and residual were pretty similar to Nov if I'mnot No trade is mentioned in that deal and payments were under 300 a month with a 8.75% sales tax, TN is 9.5% if i'm not mistaken. MSRP was around $1300 lower.

    The trade is the portion I can't understand. I would expect to get closer to $250 or lower a month with a $5000 trade, or am I just being completely unrealistic.
