2. Is there any consistency year over year for the monthly incentives? I'm targeting May for a purchase and wondering historically how good the Memorial day lease incentives are.
3. Do you what the credit score tiers are for BMW Financial, specifically how they classify the top and middle tier cutoff scores? (and do they use FICO or another model)

2. No historical trends. The X2 is brand new, so even if we did have that information, it wouldn't apply
3. Don't know what scoring method they use, but 700+ is top tier, 675-699 is "standard" and 640-674 is "standard plus"

Why would you put up $5500 for a lease? We recommend only the first payment and registration costs be paid at signing.

That is a good discount from sticker, if it is before the application of the incentive.

I have a finance question. The X2 appears to have a $2500 APR credit. Can I negotiate a purchase price and then request to have the additional $2500 credit? And is that credit available with the 1.9% financing or does it work differently?

The X2 has a $1500 lease credit, plus $1000 loyalty.
Or, $2500 APR credit with 1.9% APR up to 60 months, plus $1000 loyalty

You may think you are negotiating a purchase price without taking into account the rebates, but the dealer might be including them. I don't think you can surprise them.

Read the fine print... that isn't valid on the X2.
Also, that amount is likely the combination of lease credit and loyalty, not just loyalty.
