    I don't see where it excludes X2, I see there is a different amount for an X3. But I see that there is a credit of 4500 on an X2 which isn't too bad.

    I don't see where it excludes X2, I see there is a different amount for an X3. But I see that there is a credit of 4500 on an X2 which isn't too bad.
    It lists three vehicles, and the X2 isn't one of them?

    I agree with the math on the worksheet.

    Almost 8% off MSRP and the base MF are both good.

    But, I'd recommend you keep the $3K in your pocket, and add the taxes and bank fee into the monthly payment Your payment will go to $693/mo, but your out of pocket drops to $790 (instead of $3500)

    I’m looking to lease a retired X2 loaner in Los Angeles, CA. Details are below. Is this a good deal? Any suggestions for how much I can ask off of the cap price (not counting incentives)?  They already told me the following:

    MSRP: $39,900
    Cap cost: $34,900
    Residual: 59% ($23,155)
    Money Factor: 0.00166
    36 months/10K miles per year 
    Incentives: $3,250 ($500 Costco, $1,000 Loyalty, $1,750 lease incentive)

    Drive off fees ($1K)
    Monthly Payments: $382 (tax included)

    Sorry for leaving that out. There are 2,042 miles on it. 

    OK, so deduct $510 from the residual for that

    $426/mo plus tax.

    I'm guessing the CAP cost is lower due to the incentives - confirm the adjusted CAP cost with the dealer.

    Relative to MSRP, that is a good deal, with only $1000 out of pocket.

    It's possible that the rates are different for business leases.

    $5000 upfront can make any payment seem small.

    What is a great cap cost for an X2 (sDrive) with the following features? 
    - Jet Black/Black SensaTec Interior 
    - Convenience Package
    - Navigation
    - Apple CarPlay
    - Park Distance Control
    - Heated Seats/Steering Wheel  

    I am getting quotes, but the prices are all lower than KBB and Edmunds values as a result of the $3K BMW is currently offering in incentives (loyalty, Costco etc.). 

    Also, are dealers able to provide lower APR?  BMW rate is currently 4+%, and a dealer said with great credit he can give me 0.99% for 60 months

    I don't have the rates for your area, but in general, I'm not seeing any special rates for the X2. If they give you 0.99%, I'd guess you might lose some incentives.

    The xDrive model has an extra $1000 in incentives.

    Shoot for 7% off MSRP, then deduct incentives.

    Hi - just asked for GLC numbers, we are looking at getting an X2 as well for the misus. 60126 zip, mf/res for X2 AWD 10/36 and 12/36 if you would please as well as any incentives. August seemed to have lots of incentives, hoping these carried over. thank you again!
