One of the dealers I’m talking to is saying they may have better incentives next week. I assume because of the end of the quarter. Is that a legit thing or are they just saying that because they’d be more willing to drop more off msrp? Thanks for the help

I don't know that the dealer knows what will happen with the new programs - the existing programs run through 7 July, so it will be a couple weeks at least before they are announced.

Interesting that your dealer is willing to defer your business until next month; usually, they want your business as quickly as possible.

Just a FYI, 2 written quotes from different dealers
 
Neither included the 4750 incentive in the original quote until I mentioned it. One dealer honored it and added it to existing deal, the other dealer said it was already built into the discounted price, but it was not a separate line item.

Difference in payments on 2 similar cars was about 200/mo, so I have to believe the 2nd dealer is trying to pocket the incentive....

They can't just pocket the incentive. It has to be on the lease paperwork. So, it would come out eventually. Except, being $200/mo higher than their competition means you won't need to see it.
