Shoot for 7% off MSRP, then deduct incentives.
Might not be able to do that on a 2019, but that is where I would start.

Here are a few more details:



The lease I'm getting is $700 with 0 down and 1800 upfront fees inclusive of 1st month's payment and other taxes. Is this is a deal is should go for?

With those prices, I get $647/mo before tax.

Depending on the tax rate, $700/mo looks about right

I'd ask for a full breakdown of the $1800 up front.

MSRP: $61,675 (M Sport, exec package, track handling)

Dealer Invoice according to them: $56,000
Current Sale Price: $56,700 ($700 over invoice)

MF: .00196 (dealer claims this is added because of the payment BMW covers in Euro Delivery)
Lease Term: 36mo
Mileage: 12k/year
Residual: 0.57 (still valid)

Tax Rate in CA: 9.25%

Total Payment w/taxes: $850.53.

Am I getting a good deal? Is there any room to negotiate or any incentives to work toward? My dealer told me there weren't any incentives, but then also said any that were there are for the client and not the dealer... Any help here would be appreciated! Also, I wanted to make sure I did my math correctly .

All of that information is accurate.
I don't see any incentives for the 2019 model, either.

I'm within a couple of dollars of that payment calculation.
What is the amount due at signing?

Seems like a reasonable price. The lease program is not that great, but there isn't much you can do about that.
