I'm looking for some feedback on a recent offer I received on a 2019 440i GC. The lease term is 36 months with 12k miles per year. The MSRP on the vehicle is $59,055. The applicable MF is .00182 and residual of 56%.

The lease offer is for $650 per month (including tax). To get this deal, I was told I need to pony up the minimum drive off (acquisition fee, first month, etc.) in the amount of $1,918.

Is this a good deal? Any feedback is appreciated.

They disclosed a sale price of $55,000 with a cap reduction of ".86." I do not have the actual adjusted cap cost used to calculate the offer

$1918 should be first payment, $730 DMV/doc, $240 tax on the rebate.
That's a little short of $1918, but close.
To get that payment, the adjusted CAP would have to be around $49,100.

That's a lot lower than $55K, minus the rebate. I don't know your actual numbers, but that looks like a very good deal. I'd ask again about the selling price and adjusted CAP, just so you know what you are paying for.

MSRP is $51,760 including $995 designation charge. Zip is 75205. 10k/year for 3 year lease.

Dealer claims they have no leeway to lower money factor, despite excellent credit. Snapshot of lease deal below:

MF is marked up the max. I'd walk away unless they give you the base rate.

Thank you.  Can you tell me what the current base rate is?  Also, I’ve had two different dealers tell me they make little / no money at the base rate, given the heavily discounted sale price.  Is that not true?

.00188 is the base MF

Dealer can either give a big discount, but claw some of it back with the MF markup, or give you the base rate with a smaller discount.

Up to you to decide which gives a better payment - frankly, I'd hold out for a dealer willing to give you both the base rate and a good discount.

It's heavily discounted because it's a service loaner. That's to make up for the lower residual, due to the existing mileage.

Learn not to listen when a dealer starts talking about how they need to make money. They won't listen if you tell them you just got a salary reduction.

Keep it at 4999 or less miles.

Over 5K, you lose the incentives - and, 4% off the residual.

MSRP- 61,765.00
Discount- 4,500.00
Rebate- 4,500.00
Adjusted price- 52,765.00
DOC, tax and title- 871.00

This preliminary breakdown does not show me the MF rate, yet I was told it would be the base rate of .00188. I will be putting the max of 5 security deposits down on this as well, which should make the MF .00163, if my math is correct. The 5 security deposits are not shown anywhere yet, I just let them know that I will be using them. This will skew the numbers some.

I am shown a payment of 800.00/month with now money down.

Anything totally out of whack? I leased a slightly lower priced 435 GC 3 years ago for under 600.00/month, so this has me puzzled a little.

No, your tax thing makes no sense. Sales tax rate is pretty simple. When you go to the store, what is the sales tax percentage you pay?
