I think the lease terms have just changed. On choosenissan.com they're advertising the S for $139/month for 36 months/10K with $2,539 down (plus taxes, title, license, and $595 acq fee). Isn't that quite a lot better than last month?

My local dealer isn't getting anywhere close to that on the SV or SL, though. He's offering me $295/month for 36 months with $3,000 down (all-inclusive).

Would it be possible to get the RV, MF, and incentives for a 36/10K lease in NY (14850) on

SV with Weather, Tech packages, Splash Guards, Premium Paint, Carpeted Floor Mats & Cargo Area Mat, MSRP $37,500

and

What about the finance charge?

Depreciation + finance charge + tax = lease payment.

Also, those big rebates are taxable upfront, so you'll have to roll that amount into your CAP cost.

The rebate is in lieu of the tax credit (which you don't get, as you don't own the vehicle)
