    TMV includes all manufacturer-to-dealer incentives, and the TLX gets $2000 on a purchase vs. $8950 on a lease. Ergo, the TMV of $38,100 includes $2000 of incentives, so you are double dipping on that much of it.

    Appreciate everyone's feedback and ill post any deals i receive from the dealership's Ive reached out to.... Ill see if any of them want to make a ridiculous deal for me Month end or see what/if anything changes for July - my current lease doesnt mature until August.

    I just called few dealerships in NYC area and they seem don't have 2019 TLX anymore. I am very surprised since they had inventory last Sat. Is it true ?

    We don't track inventory, but we do have numbers on the 2020 TLX, this month, so I suppose it's possible.

    Keep widening your search radius until you find a dealer who has some.

    Also want to know if the destination charge is added to the selling price ?

    The destination charge is part of the MSRP. Your selling price should be inclusive. If they add the destination fee, after quoting you a price, that is just disingenuous.

    Hi, I have never leased a vehicle so I’m just trying to ask is that even though the incentive is gone now but is that $8900 previous incentive off of your negotiated price or is it only that much off and you can’t negotiate more? And then you take the residual value of that or the difference in the negotiated price and the residual to get the monthly excluding taxes and the money factor? Please correct me if I’m wrong. Also I want to know the residual value and MF for A-Spec awd red in Houston 77074. And help me get rough estimate. Please and thank you.

    Since those are Acura-to-dealer incentives, you won't pay tax on them. Just the negotiated selling price.

    Is the .00215 MF what you get after making a security deposit or did AFS drop the buy rate? Do you know the expiration date of the current program? I have to think that we're getting close to Acura ending support for the 2019s.

    If I'm doing the math right. The additional $150 in incentive does no make up for the 1% drop in residual (52%/50% in June), so a bigger dealer discount is needed.

    According to my dealer (in June), you could only get .00215 with a security deposit. The base MF is .00225 and is non-negotiable.
