That makes the effective discount about $11,100, instead of $12,500
Considering the$8950 dealer incentive, that makes it an average deal vs. pretty good.

Add the acquisition fee and the dealer doc fee to the cap cost.

Thanks guys for all the time and effort! Been using this site for multiple leases and I appreciate what you do. Just wanted to post the deal I just got for my 2019 TLX A-Spec FWD 4 cylinder lease so everyone has a reference:

36 month/10K miles
MSRP $40,395
Adjusted Cap Cost $29,669.34
Residual $20,601.45
True Sign & Drive, not a penny out of pocket $365 month.

Was going back and forth between two dealers for a little over a month, couldn’t get my current dealer to budge any more on the price.

Final Price was $365 per month with the 7% sales tax, zero out of pocket, 35 payments so a total of $12,775
(35 x $365). Rolled acquisition fee, tags, etc into lease payment. At 9/10 or .903 percent of list price, they are some great deals

I know the 2019 and the 2020 are essentially the same car, will the monthly payments be drastically different and when will the incentive numbers for the 2020's come out? thank you

Can't speak to inventory levels, but if the 2020's are imminent, then the 2019 inventory is likely to dwindle. Get yours now, while you can get the trim, package and color you prefer.

If it is $3800 down + first payment, then why is the drive-off $3986?
Do you have the adjusted CAP cost?
