Sorry about the lack of information. The drive off was including a $500 new grad discount. I am in Erie, Pennsylvannia. The adjusted cost was $30,195 after a $9000 discount which I assume was the $8950 cash incentive. I am not sure if that answers the adjusted CAP cost.

Is that a Base model?
If so, the incentive is just $6950.

If base, $9000 off isn't that good, considering the incentive.
If it is a higher trim, then $9000 off is just terrible.

Adjusted CAP =

Selling price
Plus: other charges not paid upfront
Minus: down payments (cash cap reduction and rebates)

TLX V6 FWD A-spec in 96813 for 36/7,500

The dealers (all brands) here have a supplemental sticker that adds a market adjustment. The Acura dealer's adjustment is $3,995, so the "market value" of the above car is $47,790 (MSRP $43,795). The initial offer that I received said that their "Market Value Selling Price" was $35,384.83. If I use that amount and compare it against MSRP then I'm not even getting the full lease incentive. If I compare it against the "market value" then it is the full lease incentive and a 7.21% discount off the "market value". Should I restrict my thinking to in terms of MSRP or the market value?

Their offer sheet didn't list MSRP, market adjustment, or dealer discount; top figure was the market value sell price. I asked if there were any accessories added and the salesman told me that the selling price includes their "Acura Protection Package" and he rattled off several items. I only remember wheel locks and floor mats. The selling price did not include the acquisition fee of $595 as I had to add that in to back into their monthly payment math. They are using the money factor of .00225. Any guidance on what discount I should be looking for?

May programs run through the end of June. No changes

Ignore dealer additions to the MSRP. You aren't paying that price, anyway. Why use it for comparison?
Just look at MSRP and selling price. Otherwise, that additional sticker has done it's job by taking your focus away from the actual price. Also, don't place any value on accessories.

Every Acura lease has a $595 acquisition fee that goes to the bank.

I agree that $8400 off MSRP isn't a good price, given the $8950 incentive

I don't think that is the case. It appears to me that 36/12 has been 50%, since the program came out on May 1st.

Does the TMV number already include any incentives? I don't use the tool, so I don't know.

And, the MF is .00225, unless you are a returning customer or you make a single security deposit.
