So, here in Florida (land of high fees) I see the following fees:

Acquisition Fee
Battery Fee
Dealer Fee
Lemon Law
License Fee
Private Tag Agency Fee
Rental Surcharge
Tire Fee

Do you recommend rolling all the above into the lease and just pay the first payment? My criteria is what makes sense financially if the car is totaled rather than minimizing monthly payment.

Roll in the acquisition and dealer fee, as they are taxable, either way.
Pay the other fees upfront, along with the first payment.

Trying to finalize this deal on a demo X3. I’m getting $466 plus fees (roughly $474) but dealer is stuck at $500 now. When I plug all the numbers into my iLeaseCarPro calculator I get $466 but they are saying my calculator is bad though I’ve used it over the years. Help!

Are you adjusting the residual to account for the miles?

Deduct $650 from the calculated residual.

They won’t tell me. They just keep saying we are selling it at $35,945 and lowest payment we get based on that is $500. So looking at this, what should the payment be with the miles etc? 

Also I thought you only adjust the residual if it’s over 5k miles?

Untrue. You have to adjust the residual for all miles.

If it has more than 5000 miles, you deduct 7% from the residual rate and the .25/mile.

We need to know the adjusted cap cost - Texas assesses sales tax on the entire selling price, which greatly inflates your lease payment.

I’m in Houston as well and went to momentum bmw, they also quoted me .00205 initially and when I called them out, they admitted to marking it up 40 points but were willing to go down to the posted .00165.

Finally got the adjusted cap cost from the dealer. Please let me know if the monthly payment looks right.

You guys mentioned that the residual needs to be adjusted and .25 cents per mile. Please help now that I’ve got the cap cost.

Yes.. the residual is lower, which makes the payment higher.

But, could you get that discount on a new one? Could you get even within $2000 of that price?
Overall, that's a lot cheaper than a non-demo (which is the whole point).
