I asked the sales why the MF is so high, they answered all the MF for AutoNation cross the country is .00235 which is non-negotiable. I think there's a mark-up but I didn't find any example in this thread, could anyone help me get one?

Residuals are adjusted down, depending on the current odometer reading.
If over 5000 miles, the incentives are invalid, as well.

A loaner will have the residual reduced to account for the current mileage.
But, as long as it has under 5000 miles, all other numbers remain the same, including incentives.

There is no standard discount, but you should be looking at 12%-15% off MSRP, before incentives, as long as it has under 5000 miles

Sorry for all the questions. Been going back and forth with the dealer on X3 and 530i demos. As far as the X3, how is the residual calculated based on the odometer reading? Is there a certain formula or do I just share the reading here and you can give me the residual?

Thanks again for your help guys. Dealer started at $579 a month and I was getting $432 a month plus doc fees on a X3 s30i demo with 2600 miles. As of now they are stuck at $515 and aren’t willing to share the deal sheet nor selling price as it’s “internal info”. Basically wants to give me 14% off. These numbers are with $0 drive off. I’ll keep you guys updated on the deal I end up signing for future references so new buyers. This is the best forum out there, the knowledge makes the dealer hate me

Not a big fan of dealers who think it's still 1995 when it comes to playing "hide the numbers".

Try a second dealer.
