I just got quoted a .00189 MF for a X3 xDrive, with a MSRP of $54,770, a net cap cost of $49,169.00, residual is 56%. Dealer said it would apply a .00159 MF only if I paid all payments up front. This a 15K mile/36 month lease.
I thought the MF for May is .00165.

Am I missing something?

Dealer is jacking up the MF on you, and telling you a story about it.

Move on to another dealer.

It was an executive demo vehicle and has ~1,770 miles.
