good afternoon! i am wondering if it is better to find a 2019 lease or 2020 lease deal for the X3 at this point. can u kindly advise?
i do very little driving so usually lease 36 months, 7.5K miles. zip 33133 can you provide MF, RV, incentives (i am new to BMW) and any other tips to look out for on? 1)rear-wheel-drive sDrive30i 2)all-wheel-drive xDrive30i *both with Driving Assistance Plus package*
is it worth getting excess wear & tear or tire protection on lease? appreciate finance usually slaps this on after you walk away from sales desk and adds to your monthly payment any tips to negotiate despite a lease? any hidden fees to look out for or definites to negotiate? i've heard despite lease u can still negotiate vehicle price...and u should never give a down payment in case of a total loss. anything u can advise greatly appreciated! tk u
36/10 .00128 MF and 58% residual $1750 lease credit

FL dealers are infamous for egregious dealer/doc fees. Find out the amount of the fee, beforehand, then account for it in your negotiations.
Hi, this forum helped us get a great deal on our 2017 X1, thank you! Now moving to 2019 X3 sdrive in Zip 33137. 36/12 MF seems to be 0.00128 and residual of 57%. Lease credit is $1750? Where is that applied? At the negotiated price to determine cap cost reduction? Also is there any Loyalty credits? Last question what is a target for percentage off MSRP. I have a feeling the dealer is going to tell me the lease credit is already factored in their "discounted" price which just was explained as their discounted price. Negotiations start today. Thank you for all your help!

From experience the excess wear and tear is a must. We have it now and always get it (5th BMW). Adds about $16-18 a month to the X3 of 17'. I am almost positive it allows almost $7500 to $10k of minor damage when you turn in the car. read the details on the site as to definition of minor damage but its very generous. If you have run flats get the tire insurance. If you need new tires at lease end you don't pay. Only a deductible which is $50. Considering that the run-flats cost $300 each. Tire insurance adds about $14/m if memory serves. you can get new tires during the lease when you need them or if you have a 'nail' in the tire or tires. I can get exact cost if needed. Both added $32 on a 36m lease of a 2 year old X3. Mileage is your worst enemy by far.

$1750 lease credit is a consumer rebate, applied as a CAP cost reduction. $1500 loyalty
Chance are, the dealer will quote you a price, with all incentives already deducted. When they quote you the price, that is the time to ask about it.

thanks! I have 3 monthly payments left. Is it better to pay off the car first? I ask because I get big difference in monthly payment. Even if I take the total payoff amount and divide it into the next 36 months to use for new lease vs. rolling it in the new lease. The later is much more. So two questions are payoff early? and do I get any benefits with negotiating sale price?

If you have three months left, it would be better to wait three months.

I apologize I left out the most important part. We only have 1100 miles left allowed. Plus incentives could be as good as they can get this month for a 2019? Do you have any other options? If I buy 2000 miles for $500 that would get me to lease end in Jan. Thanks for any guidance.
FYI first offer came in at $2222 due at signing (Destination, Doc, registration, & small amount of government tax plus first month). $577.64/month tax not included 36/12 MSRP $46,550 Convenience Package, Driver Assist, Harmon-Kardon, 19" with run-flats and Sapphire Black/Mocha Leather. This is with the 3 months rolled in. raised Adj Cap Cost to $42,450. Sale price $41950, I can get lowered and set target monthly with tax around $545. Good/bad? I wasn't given any other numbers.

How many miles a month are you driving? And, what is your current lease payment?
As long as the mileage penalty is less than the remaining payments on your lease, it's still best to ride out your current deal. Else, you are rolling over those remaining lease payments to the new deal, and not getting anything in return.

Have 900 miles left to hit 36010 allowed. 1050 we use on average per month. However, we will not be using the car for 8 days starting Oct 17. And someone backed into the front just yesterday. Just plastic front pieces need replacement no major damage. Plan on getting fixed after the 8 days. This all helps with mileage. Think now only need 750 miles which is $187.50. Will wait til lease end now. Current payment is $567, which includes Tire and wear & tear. Looks like 2020 at lease end. I just doubt any considerable credits or specials will be offered besides Loyalty.

Well, anything is possible. The week between Christmas and New Year's is often referred to as the "Super Bowl" for car buying. Perhaps you'll get a better deal than you think.
Have an offer to lease an 2019 X3 330i 2WD in Florida. $2000 up front payment (which fees, etc, first month payment) with 35 payments of $425 7,500 miles/yr Car has Nav, Large Sunroof. Is this a great deal?
