Payment calculation is correct.
They are basically asking for an extra $915+tax from you, upfront, to get the payment under $200/mo.
Even taking into account the $1450 dealer incentive + $495 dealer doc fee, your NET discount is $3650, which is huge.

$222.81/mo payment with just $393 due at signing.

That is a very good deal.

Thanks @kyfdx ! I appreciate the insight. I asked for a quote on an Orange R-Line with Cold Weather and got this quote. I tried to shop it around and the other dealer I was working with said it the numbers are off (Cap, RV etc). Mind taking a look?

Either deal is pretty good.

This is basically the same deal as the other one.
Slightly higher MSRP, with slightly higher discount

But, it's for 36/10 vs. the 39/10 of the other one.

The numbers aren't off.

What is the difference between money factor and buy rate in the quote? Is that the Mark up on money factor? Can it be negotiated?

That does seem like a pretty big discount on an R line. But 2019 Jettas seem to get $5k off regularly now.

1. What is the $500 rebate?
2. Why does it say total inceptions are $422 when all the fees are $1345
3. Due at signing isn't adding up (I'm getting $1591.35) not $1339

1) I don't know.. ask your dealer.
2) Inceptions =1st payment + the three fees that are checked "upfront". Plus sales tax on the CAP reduction.
The two bigger fees are capitalized (rolled into the payment)
3) The amounts in the Due at Signing box are not all part of the Total Cash Due
$422.65 + $916.35 = $1339

The buy rate is a leftover number from another deal, I'll guess. It is definitely not part of the calculation on that deal. The money factor is not marked up. It is .00001. (lowest possible)
