    This is the current offer I have on a 19 S auto:

    Msrp: 21,125
    Discount: 1,250
    Rebates: 3,150
    Adjusted price: 16,725
    Tax: 6.875%
    Registration and other fees:500

    39M/12k: 228 monthly with tax incl

    Cash down: 1,000

    Zip:55449

    They are saying they used the standard 0.00001 mf, but I am getting a lower monthly payment with that number. Can you please help me understand if this deal is right?

    My guess is the cap cost is higher than the adjusted price; ask the dealer for that number, and what was added to the selling price to get there (my guess is the $1000 up front doesn't cover all the fees)
