The residual can't be different, if it's the same trim, term and mileage.

The money factor might not be on the lease paperwork. If you've already agreed to a monthly price, then it won't matter much if the details are different, as long as the monthly payment is the same.

It would have to be really cheap, or come with some other incentive, before I would purchase an insurance policy on wear and tear.

I don't have their cost, but most dealers attempt to charge $700-$1000 for it.

I might be interested around $200-$250. (but, probably not)

Hi, New to to forums. I'm currently leasing a 2016 Accord Sport with 45,000 miles on it with 4 payments left. VW dealer in NJ is looking to take care of the remaining 4 payment and lease me a 2019 Jetta SE 36 month / 15,000 miles year for $245 a month with Zero Dollars out of pocket sign and drive lease. Do you thing that sounds like a fair deal? Could I get it lower?

Why end the lease early? Those payments are likely becoming part of the new deal.

Yes, you can get it lower. You are falling for one of the oldest tricks in the books. Those four Accord payments are being rolled in as negative equity. Let me guess, they offered you a check for $X? That amount is just being divided by 36 and added to your payments.
