To get that payment, there would have to be about $1600 in other charges rolled into the adjusted CAP cost.
Ask for the adjusted CAP and an itemization.

Since the dealer is getting $2375 from Acura, I'd start around 7% off MSRP, then subtract the $2375. You might not get that low, but that's a good starting point.

$2375 Captive Lease Offer

Its a dealer incentive, and won't be posted anywhere. You just have to factor it in to the price you agree on.

I got a deal that via Costco for 2019 RDX SH-AWD W/TECH 36mo/10k, rep called me back saying it's going to be $2,100 upfront (dealer fees + dmv + first month) and then 499/mo. I was trying to figure out the breakdown with the lease calculator, but it actually comes down to 520.77 with more money upfront, see below:

MSRP: $43,595 (includes $995 destination)
Sell Price: $40,000 (this could be lower, I've yet to request a detailed breakdown from the dealer)
Acura $1000 rebate
Residual: 58%

NJ Sales Tax: 6.625

For March, the money factor changed from .00109 to .00190. And they added an incentive of $2375. These two changes nearly cancel each other out. Shoppers just need to make sure they are getting the $2375 incentive factored into their cap cost figure.

• DMV Fee (4 years mandatory NJ reg, so about $369)
  

So your upfront cost should between 2-3k depending on the MSRP and dealer incentives

Damn. This truck is still not leasing well. I say wait it out. I have a 17 RDX that I was going to try and get out of, but rolling 5 remaining payments in would put me way out. Acura will panic and be looking to give these things a way in a couple months because the new model usually hits July I believe.

I think we'll see deals next qtr. Dealers have plenty in inventory.

That's a lot better deal than we've seen, mostly.
