    Either:
    1. The adjusted cap cost is higher than the one you've provided

    If I use $60,895 as the cap cost, I get $768/mo, tax included.

    So, either the MF is marked up, or the adjusted cap cost is higher than the negotiated price.

    Work with your dealer to figure out which it is.
