Thanks for your help! A few of more questions:

On the forum for Toyota Highlander they are saying .00178 for that vehicle. I can see residual being different but why the difference in the MF? Are they accounting for some of the depreciation in the MF?

On the Hyundai website lease estimator at the end of configuring the car with 2.0T/AWD/Limited/36M/45K miles they are showing $750 Lease bonus cash + $1500 retail bonus cash + $750 loyalty. They all say expire 12/3/18. Is the site inaccurate? https://www.edmunds.com/hyundai/santa-fe/2019/deals/?zip=29601 shows similar rebates and numbers.

On Edmund's TMV site it's showing $35,065 for car including freight then subtracting $1500 for "incentives and rebates".

Sounds like a good opening offer for me to make on the purchase price of the car not including acquisition fee, tax, tag, title, etc would be invoice minus all the rebates and let them counter from there?

Yes, you should negotiate a discount, in addition to the lease cash.

I don't know if Hyundai's website is accurate, but in general, "retail" incentives aren't compatible with lease programs.
