I have three different quotes from RR dealers within 300 miles of me. I just don't understand how they come up with thier prices. I've leased at lease 7 cars and RR dealers whip the numbers. In the past I used this as my formula. Sticker times Residual and subtract discount. Add back to sticker and multiply money factor. In arkansas sales tax is a straight 10% of lease monthly. My best example here locally.

RR V6 HSE 2019 $108,000 $5K off
Residual Roughly 62% on 33/12
MF .00110

I think this payment should be around $1250 plus tax $1375.00
They tell me its $1600

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

If MSRP is $108K and selling price is $103K, I get $1272/mo+tax

Have you accounted for the acquisition fee?
Any higher payment is most likely a large markup to the money factor.

The 2% bump has to do with the "base" 15K residual - you add 2% to it for 12K

First, I would insist on the base MF, and a lower payment.

But, on a relative basis, I'd go with the 33 month term. Less chance of needing consumables (tires, maintenance, etc).

If I use the MSRP and selling prices provided, I get $1914/mo, with tax.

Either the MF is marked up, or the cap cost is not the same as the selling price. I would ask the dealer about those.

And, I wouldn't start a lease with $5K out of pocket - first payment and DMV costs only, in CA.
