Full-size just means it is a Range Rover, and not a Range Rover Sport, or some other model.
You are in the right spot.

Do you want the Base trim?

65%/61% residual for 36/39 mo, 10K/yr
Add 1% for 7.5K/yr

Ask again, if you need a different trim.

Base MF is .00229, and there is no way I'd put up $10K to start a lease, even on a $125K RR.

1. No discount from sticker
2. Massively marked up MF
3. $10K up front

Run, don't walk, away from that dealer. They must be using other methods of keeping the doors open, cuz they sure aren't interested in selling new cars.

Regular or long wheelbase?
What lease term?

LR dealers seem to operate in a different universe - allergic to discounting and big hikes to the MF

It's like every deal has to be a home run for them. But, as with the best long ball hitters, it's either that or a strike out.

I am trying to finalize my purchase today on a 2019 Range Rover HSE. The dealer is offering a discount on the MSRP but is offsetting it to a degree by jacking up the MF. In absolute dollars the impact is $1,200 below MSRP.

I'm not seeing much movement or competition on this car in Southern California with regard to discounting.

My question is if I offer to make all of my lease payments upfront shouldn't this reduce the money factor?

Are there any official rates for this type of transaction?

We don't have the specifics for a single-payment lease, but you can be certain that they will markup that rate, as well.

Assuming the cap cost is the same as the MSRP, I get $1500/mo plus tax

Over $1600/mo with 7% tax.

Guessing some of that $3K up front is going to cap reduction. Ask for a full accounting of it.
