Miles = 5800
What would be the MF and Residual I would be targeting for 36/12K and 36/15K for 2018 vehicle?
My zip code is 94536. I feel I should also be negotiating on the dealer price.

I have to learn to read more carefully. Using your MF and residual, I can get to the proffered $519 per month when I subtract the cap reduction AND the undisclosed $4460 lease credit from the "gross capitalized cost" in the offer. Thank you!

I actually intend to pay the tax and fees upfront. It comes out to 424. This is for a 2019 glc300 loaner with 5600 miles. I recognize that the mf is marked up, but he wouldn’t budge. Any thoughts/opinions would be awesome.

Why pay the taxes and fees up front?

If the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

Not much of a markup, frankly - hardly seems worth it, IMO

i should have mentioned that the rate includes msds. I got them to come down a little, from .00199 to .0017, making the rate after msds .0001 and the payment 424 without the fees.

The money factor is marked up from .00127 to .00170 before MSDs?
And, the acquisition fee is marked up by $300
And, a $500 dealer fee.

The three items I listed add $50/mo. to the payment, in total.

I think that would be a decent deal at $500/mo, with just first payment due at signing.

If you maintenance is residualized, then it is usually a good deal, assuming the dealership doesn't inflate the price. Generally, the price of the maintenance plan is added to the MSRP, which increases the residual by 52% of that amount, in the example above.

The MF they are using is .00117 with 55% RV. It includes 10k miles/year and on a 36-month lease, they are charging $594/Month with 3k cash down. is this a good deal?

What should be MF, RV and are there any incentives I can get added? Is it better to just get a new car rather than a loaner? Thanks.

If AWD, the base MF is indeed .00117.

What is the MSRP?

Do you have the breakdown of what the $3000 up front covers?

Nothing wrong with leasing a loaner, so long as you get a discount commensurate with the residual adjustment for the existing miles.

MSRP = $43,615. Its not an AWD. for the 3k down, the paperwork just says Cash due so assuming its a down payment which goes towards the Net Cap Cost of the car..? Thank you for your help.

Base MF for GLC300 RWD is .00126, so I'm not sure I can help you, at this point.

If this is truly a CPO vehicle, we don't have their lease program information.
