It may be easier to get an extra $300 knocked off the selling price than get into the weeds on the fees.

I'm looking to lease a 2019 GLC43 SUV. MSRP $61,945
I talked to a dealer yesterday and I was offered this deal:
48months
7500k/year
$720/mo
$5,000 down to cover: taxes, $1095 acquisition, registration and other fees.
I'll be registering the car in 07008, but the dealer is in 11235 so i'm not sure if that makes any difference.
Could you tell me if this is a good deal?
Initially dealer was telling me the monthly payment was in the $900s with 5k down although it was for 36/10.
After a few talks to the "manager" the dealer came back with $720/mo for 48/7500 + 5k down.
I appreciate your inputs on this.

If you need 10K/yr, why get a 7500/yr lease?

Acquisition fee is marked up from $795
I would verify:
Money factor
selling price
adjusted CAP cost

And, rather than put a big round number upfront, tell them you only want to pay first payment, taxes and fees at signing, and you want the exact number, and an itemization.

I'm asking because this is my first time leasing and i thought as long as i get a decent monthly payment for 36/39 months with 5k covering taxes and fees i should be fine.
I don't know any details of the lease all i did was negotiate the monthly payment and term plus the amount due at signing.

MBUSA has a $519 per month offer on the GLC 350e in zip 80201 (uses an unreasonably low MSRP and requires a cap reduction payment so the $519 is not a real world number). When I use a reverse lease calculator on the numbers in the offer, I get a MF of .00089. The offer does not mention the $4460 lease cash or the $1k incentive you give earlier in this forum. And the .00089 is less than half of the previously quoted .00193 (56% residual matches up). Using MSD's would knock this down to .00019! Did things change since your last quote or is my reverse calculator getting it wrong? The car didn't make sense at the previous numbers, but if this MF and the other incentives are still in play, it makes a huge difference. Thanks.
