    As you posted on 1/19 when the $1,000 additional rebate became effective for returning lessees/owners, was that included in your final cap cost?
    I am not sure. I am waiting for net cap cost so I can better understand the $$ dealer quoted me. I will report back.

    Thanks everyone for input. Turns out dealer initially quoted me a FWD the MSRP on SH AWD Balck/Ebony was actually $59,445. Good news is they decided to honor the deal! Got for selling price of $51,500 with door sill trim and rear bumper protector 36/15. With 1k down the Net Cap cost finally was reduced to $52,552 after some more discussion and I saw this as a steal. Put down deposit today but knowing about the dealer incentive and loyalty gave me ammunition to say they aren't giving all that deduction to me. Thanks again!

    I have quoted an Acura MDX SH-AWD Advance - Entertainment around $61k MSRP and got a deal for $560 Monthly payments $2500 due at sign for 15k miles a year after a while with negotiation beucase Lexus also gave me similar deal for their $60k MSRP RX350L. I see a lot of deals on this post much more expensive than my quote so i was thinking maybe the dealer is trying to get rid of some of these or is there a sales event? Maybe because the new MDX will come this year they are getting rid of old ones? I never received any offer less than $650 before with the $2500 due at sign for 15k a year so i assume that is a good deal. Can you tell me what is the residual and MF according to those number and what do you think about this offer?

    I didn't calculate the incentives. Those are the incentives.

    But, any loyalty incentive would be additional.

Included a few accessories that dealer required such as wheel locks and trunk mat, wasn't a deal breaker.

    With those prices, I get $498/mo - before tax.

    Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost - my guess is that some of that $3000 up front is going to cap reduction.

    In CA, we recommend you pay only the first payment and DMV costs at signing. Roll everything else into the monthly payment.

    $650 Dealer Lease Finance Offer exp. 02/28/2019
    $2975 Captive Lease Offer exp. 02/28/2019

    $650 is to the dealer, resulting in a lower selling price
    $2975 is to the customer, used as a cap reduction.
