And the $1500 is optional but still ongoing right?

I initially was playing with the Costco pricing of $40,550 on the MDX Base but I feel like with the incentives going on right now this is much too high for a base.

It was mentioned a little earlier in this thread that MF can be lowered to 0.0003 by doing a “one pay” lease. I froze my credit because of Equifax breach and I’d rather just keep it that way, so a one pay lease may be a good option for me. Questions:
- Do they not have to check credit with one pay, so I don’t have to unfreeze my file?
- Is 0.0003 MF the same everywhere, or does it vary by zip? My zip is 91306.
- Do you know what types of payments dealers accept for one pay? It’d be easiest to pay by credit card, but I suspect they’d want a cashier’s check.

A credit check will still be necessary, so the bank knows you are good for the payment

The Acura numbers are national

You'd have to ask the dealer what payment methods they would accept. I have heard of folks using a CC for a transaction.

What is the current thinking on 2019 MDX Sport Hybrid + Tech in the SF Bay Area? Dealer is telling me $50,495 net on $53,495 MSRP.

Lease offer is $5k DAS (includes first month payment) and $544/mo (includes taxes). MF .00110.

I am thinking there is probably some room left on the net and some fees stuffed in the DAS but I haven't gotten the full workup yet.

Been kinda difficult to find good info on the hybrids; are they not being discounted as much?

You should let them know upfront that you plan to lease. The lease incentives are all Acura-to-dealer, and will affect the selling price. If you negotiate for purchase, that price won't be valid with the lease program.

Yes, they do. You can extend twice in total up to 12 months. Spoke to HF last week about that.
