If the taxes and fees are part of the payment, then my calculations will be low.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost used for their quote, and how they arrived at that number from the selling price.

Dealership is using the "but it's super rare" excuse not to share that incentive with me and lower the cap cost.

I was aiming for $47000 negotiated selling price, which is ~6K below MSRP.

They are more than willing to play ball with any FWD or AWD Tech though.

They said the money factor was .00100 and residual was 57%, which lines up with what others have said in this thread. They said the same car was in the $500 range last month. Something stinks here.....

Using the prices provided, I get $573/mo, assuming taxes and fees are paid up front.

Add roughly $28-30/mo for every $1000 you don't pay up front and add to the selling price.
