    If loyalty exists, it will be as a specific dollar amount incentive, not as an adjustment to the MF.

    But, if you aren't already an Acura customer, the base MF is .00225 (so, maybe, that's what you're thinking of)

    You'll have to pay one security deposit to get the .00215 MF; it is worth it, in my opinion.

    Also because you guys are getting bombarded with questions, yes owning a honda gives you loyalty for the mdx. As you know Acura is owned by honda so leases are done by honda financial, I have no idea if there are any cutoffs for certain years/models but im sure providing a registration card to the dealer should work.

    edit: $1000 Loyalty/conquest Available to current owners of a 2009 or newer Acura, Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Honda, Infiniti, Lexus, Lincoln, or Mercedes Benz vehicle.

    $1000 conquest/loyalty is part of the $2500. I am not sure what else is in that $2500. No college grad/no military incentive was applied. My guess the dealer was moving some funds around as I was not aware of anything additional that we were eligible for.

    That's a great deal you got. It must be a big volume dealer that was looking to get to his numbers in terms of the number of vehicle he sells by the end of the month to qualify for some incentive and you happen to fit into it. Enjoy.

    Seems like sharing actual deal details is no longer en vogue - but I'll post anyway. Deal was signed on Sept. 2, so was based on last month's incentives - looks like the changes this month would keep it about the same.

    2019 MDX SH-AWD Base; Black/Black, 36 month lease, 10k miles/year, zip 19006
    MSRP: $47,695
    Gross capitalized cost: 37,385.08
    Residual: $26,709.20
    Tax rate: 9%
    Monthly payment (including tax): $412.33
    Base rent (before tax): $378.28
    Total paid at signing: $1,472.79, includes acquisition fees/DMV + first month

    I did qualify for graduate cash ($500) and conquest (they did not break out the amount, but did say my 2016 Lexus lease qualified).

    The lease agreement shows some funky math with $2,081.06 being a "cap cost reduction" out of a total $2,972.79 due at signing, out of which "manufacturer contribution" was $1,500.
