With just 1st payment and DMV upfront (approx $2227), the payment would be $1208/mo., with offer given.
That seems pretty reasonable. And, the dealer wouldn't have any issue structuring it that way.

Always ask for a lower price.

I'm glad to hear it's a solid quote from the get-go. I had another dealer quote me a money factor of 0.00121. I will be letting them know about only wanting to put DMV and 1st payment upfront. Since it is their first offer, I will also take your advice and ask them to lower the price to see if they budge. Thanks again for the help!

I’m in 28210. Looking at a 2019 S450 4 matic to lease 24/30/36 with 10k or 12k per year. Do you have the residuals, MF and incentives available? I stopped by to look at it and dealer said they aren’t leasing the 2019s. Is that just a bargaining tool upfront?

We show lease programs. If a dealer won't give you a lease quote, then they either can't lease it, or there is something about that particular unit that makes it ineligible for lease.

Otherwise, no reason. Sometimes, it's just a salesperson who got info wrong in a meeting.

Correct on 10K

MSD program is not available on all makes.

10 MSDs X .00007 ea = total reduction of .00070.

Each SD is the lease payment, rounded up to the next $50 increment.

If your payment was $969/mo, then 10 MSDs would be $10,000.
